Teenage Counselling & Coaching
Teenage counselling and coaching is a service specifically designed to assist teenagers through this critical transitional period. So much change and growth occurs during this period - obvious physical, mental and emotional development but also a shift in identity, search for independence, spiritual awakening, sexual discovery, gender orientation, image development, value framework, first romantic relationships, anxiety, stress and school work, exams, job choices, careers and work experiences. Not forgetting that all of this natural development occurs under the spotlight of social media.

In counselling, teenagers are offered a safe and supportive environment to discover and build on their strengths, identify the areas they wish to improve, to explore and test new skills designed to both reduce uncomfortable symptoms and promote preferred ways of being.
