Individual
Counselling
Individual counselling is essentially a conversation between two people, where it is the role of the counsellor to listen whole- heartedly to whatever the client wishes to speak about. Think of it as an hour just for you, to sit, share and concern yourself with only that which you choose. Speak without the feeling of being judged. Reach into yourself to re-establish the connection with the parts of you that seem lost forever. Maybe parts of you that you didn't even know you had or needed. The point is that when we act as fragmented people, we often notice that we feel out of sorts, behave out of character and have that sense of loss of control.

Counselling works to identify and find those missing pieces of you and most importantly, to reconnect to your authentic self.

Counselling is a process of education, learning, practice and growth. It can take a while to delve inside and identify what and where the source of your need might be. At other times, you might not want to delve inside, but rather accept what is and learn strategies as to how best to deal with it.

Since each of us are unique, suffice to say your counselling journey will be unique to you.
